it had been awhile for me, and the first time i had sex with my most recent guy - i was in pain for a few days. My doctor said 'tell him next time, you're not a jack-rabbit..' (which was actually pretty damn funny) so, we talked about it and the next time, he warmed me up longer and was more gentle but i was still hurting.

The pain subsided after a few days.

we have now taken a break from sex, but my question is - is he getting too excited? is he still too rough? he is normal size.

"it had been awhile" equals to two years. I doubt I fall into the 'slut' catagory. Don't judge me, you don't know me.

How often have you had sex before? Somtimes I am sore for a day or two - depending on how long he lasted. Girl - honestly, be thankful for a man who may be too excited or rough.

You need to shape your vagina to the size of his penis. Take it slow and have him stay in you long enough for your vagina to get used to it. A spray bottle with lubricant can be used by you each time you feel that you're drying out. Have sex as often as possible. Pretty soon, you won't have this problem. Good luck.

he might be normal sized, but thicker than what you're used to. Otherwise, my guess is that after the long delay, you might have rushed back into things quicker than your body was ready for. I'd just take things slow and use lots of foreplay and do things very gently before working your way back to where you started out. You might want to try being on top to exert more control over the situation too.

You need to get stimulated more so you can produce natural lubricant. Let this guy know that he can't jump on and ride. If sex is too painful then go to the store and buy KY Jelly.

He might be over doing it a bit. You might want to tell him to slow down for awhile till you get back into it. I can say that with my women if we don't do it for awhile she is sore but not to the point of hurting. Just tell him to relax you want it to be good for you too.

i think it's normal for there to be a little discomfort if it's been a while for you.

if he's being gentle then maybe try a lubricant.

you might want to get checked out just in case. you could have a tare.

Try getting some lube like someone else suggested.
You may be too dry.

stop tensing your muscles and use a lubricant. He'll take care of himself for now maybe, you could just do oral for him for a while (they love that!!)
