ok i like my neighbor and i think he likes me too but i have never spoken to him and we are always making eye contact and dere is dis guy at my school he likes me and he is really nice but i cant just go for him cause i have been liking my neighbor for a year but we have never spoken to each other.please what should i do

Okaii...what you need to do is...keep that guy that like's you at school.
If you think your neighbor has the hots for you, then talk to him more and more everyday. Even if its small talk, still make sure that you have at lease little contact with him.
But with the guy at your school, don't push him away, but also don't make him think you like him back, because that could lead yup to really nasty stuff.
You might want to let him know that your not interested into him, but still state the fact that you could be good friends.
Theres nothing wrong with that!
But yeah...talk to your neighbor and see what happens.

Find a reason to talk to him. If he is outside hangen out or playing basketball ask if you can play or if he can teach you. If he skates anything just ask him to teach you or challenge him.
