Hahaha. If only. Well, yeah, some of us are not too bad. But seriously, it's for economic opportunities and to escape persecution/death/oppressive regimes in their native countries.

True in a way but false in another. American people are great because they are decendants of immigrants from all over the world who came here looking for a better life for themselves and their families. The lives they made here made them better therfor their decendants became great people who welcome immigrants from all over the world to become like their forfathers. Immigrants however care little about the people and more about their own survival at first then we become important to them as they become one of us.Making it both true and false.

I say that is false because immigrants come to the us to get our money and take it back to were ever they are from and they can become rich. and another reson is because we have better government then most countrys do so that is what I think!!!

Good question but I think it requires a 2 fold answer..Alot of European and Asian people feel that people in the US are nice people however I would say most people come to the US because of our way of life our freedoms and the ability to earn more money than they can in their own country..Just my opinion..Good Luck in your answers..

Well, we are, but that's not why they come here. It's for the opportunities created by the American economic system (or at least we hope that's why they're coming and not to file for welfare benefits).

they come to improve there lives. but it is the u.s. taxpayers who who end up paying them, and all the benefits they recieve
i.e school, medical etc...
do recall some talk about social security going to non-u.s. citizens which i think is a bad idea.

I know someone who keeps ranting about how foreigners come over to go to school because they get to go for free and not pay taxes.
