I recently found out my boyfriend has been sending love notes to another girl on his cell, he claims he is just 'playing around' and cant understand why im so upset, now he turns around to say i invaded his privacy. What gives?

Maybe he IS just playing around, but if you think hes cheating or about to cheat on you, you better make sure first that he is before you do or say anything that you'll regret later on, trust me, that ******* sucks. So just try to find a little more evidence before you do anything.

First, he's not just playing around.
Second, you DID invade his privacy.
Why do so many girls think it is perfectly OK to read through all the text messages on their guy's phone when he's not there? (and all the saved emails on their computer, and their IM chat logs...) Looking for just this sort of thing, obviously.
But if he's not, it's a very insulting and disrespectful and weaselly thing to do- why would you look other than you didn't trust him and thought he was a liar and a cheater? So your relationship is in trouble already by the time you decide to start snooping on him.

I know a guy who is like that. He flirts with EVERYONE, and I mean everyone. I liked him, but after a while, I realized that no matter how wonderful he was, he shouldn't be leading so many people on.
My opinion, your boy was most likely being honest in saying that he was 'playing around' because that's what flirts do, and your boyfriend is a flirt.
Don't leave him, apologize for invading his privacy, even though you weren't, but stick up for yourself, tell him that you are just cautious and love him enough to care.

I think that you don't; deserve to be treated like that. Things like that you don't just joke about. It serious and i think that you need to be with someone that is serious about you.

no you didn't invade his privacy. something like this you have the right to know. what i think is that he's thinking about cheating on you. so, you should probably prepare for it.
