you cannot do this the healthy way and even if lose it, you will gain it back in a week after you stop the diet you follow during those 12 days. You don't want to starve all your life, do you? the only way to lose weight is the slow way- healthy food, and excercise .

the healthiest way which is the slowest way is eat healthy and exercise...but u could possibly strict ur intake tremendously like 500 and under or just fast (not eating) til a certain time but would possibly only take 6 days....

Most of what you will lose will be water weight if you do it that fast. Instead try losing 3lbs per week by reducing your calories by 500 per day and exercising one hour per day to burn fat.
