You need to change your mindset and realize that when you talk to someone you are trying to figure out whether you want to be with them instead of being only worried about whether they will think you are good enough for them.

I'm just pleased to at least think that some men do like bigger girls as there is too much emphasis upon being thin for women and I think it can become obsessional for women to be thin due to media pressures.

I used to be super-thin for 30 years of my life and woud never allow myself to get big at all, but the last three years, I have come to like myself for who I am and don't have a strong need to be have the approval of people. But I am lucky because I'm not all that overweight, I am just three stone overweight and don't really look that big, so wouldn't be considered overweight really.

But I am just glad that there are men who do like women in their natural sizes and am sure that you will have no problem talking to a woman you feel attracted to. The first thing is to meet a woman you like and then second is to pluck up the courage to say 'hi' and to introduce yourself to her.

The more you just be yourself the better and not try too hard to impress a woman is the best approach.

just open your mouth and speak! Is everyone afraid to speak to other people? Wow ! The worst thing they can say is NO or leave me alone! It does not hurt really.
