At night before I go to bed, while my hair is still wet from my shower, I put gel in my hair and wrap it up in a few ponytails and in the morning I let it down. It is REALLY curly! But the back of my hair goes completely flat! Why?

I cant scrunch my hair in the morning,
It hardly curls at all and then goes flat when the gel dries.

It goes flat because you are sleeping on it.

You should just scruch it in the morning when you wake up. The reason the back is not curly is because it is pulled up tightly into the ponytail so all of that hair is pulled straight.

put the gel and ponytails let it dry than go to sleep
if that dose not work then just do it earlyer in the morning.
also they sell this moose thing that u put in your hair and it makes it curly try that.

maybe you should try putting more ponytails in the back and making sure that they arent low on your head.
