IF UR LIGHT SKIN LIGHT BLUE OR GREEN WILL LOOK NICE WITH RED LIPSTICK OR JUST LIPGLOSS ! but mascara on ''black if you buy blue cont,put blue masc,and ur eyes will stand out more!

just black or without color or dark brown so it doesn't look trashy. Always try to look classy without trying too hard.
