Send him a gift certificate for McDonalds so that he can enjoy a McRib, mystery parts of swine, chopped, grinded and formed into the shape of ribs then covered in a delicious BBQ sauce.

well, due to a nature of my life-style, and the things I do, I live abroad far away from my family for several years, i keep moving every now and then, and once or twice a year I'd go home for few weeks and then away again Just like now. Most people I know ie. friends etc, live the same way as I do. And therefore from own experience and theirs, I can tell you that it doesn't matter what you do as long as you ACT QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!

I can tell you that no matter how much you two love each other and how long you've been going out for, a long distance relationship can last for few months, the most....then it will eventually start breaking down and it will hurt a lot.

So if you want to save it then do something about it quickly, otherwise you two will start "growing apart".

Sorry about being so negative, but this is my reality for years now...:-( , so I just know how it works when you have to be separated for a very long time, BUT I cannot tell you what to do. 'Cuz I know nothing about you, and your relationship. All I can tell you is that there is a big chance it won't last if you are apart for a long time, and that if YOU want to save your relationship you have to think, decide and act very quickly.

Good luck!

You can either

1) Go with him
2) Stay where you are and wait for him
3) Screw the relationship, go find another guy who doesn't go away
4) Get married to him and be with him anytime, anywhere
5) Get married to him and wait for him

Depends on how committed you two are about this relationship. It will work out just fine as long as you two work hard for it. I had a similar experience and I am now happily married with the person I love. It was very hard but...we were both committed to each others and we did work hard. He waited for me to come back and it worked out just fine like this. So there's always a chance! I hope things will get better for you, take care and good luck! =)

Maybe you should find a way to keep yourself busy. Like working, volunteering, or the like. Ask yourself is he worth waiting for. If he hasn't given you and engagement ring I don't think the long distance thing is going to work though. Good luck with that.

be faithful. I dont understand how a business trip takes two years, but no matter what...if you truly LOVE him you'll wait. If not, no big deal. Just be honest and tell him you have different feelings (if it ever comes to that). Just don't cheat on him and leave him hanging.

Mmm, really depends on the situation. And what you're willing to commit to. I couldn't say because I don't know you guys. I would probably cut off the relationship or get married at that point, because I've learned that long-distance relationships don't really work, but whatever. You have to decide, not us.

Are you "waiting" for him? If so, and if thats what you really want, do your best to keep yourself out of situations where you might grow close to another guy, don't let yourself get tempted.
