It is very possible she doesnt have intimate feelings for you. People can have sex and not really feel strongly for the other person. People can also change and w/ that their feeling about you may change as well.

I think it means she doesn't see a future with you. She doesn't love you. Move on and get on with your life. You can't force someone to love you back.
