Whelp, the wisest age (though not the most fun) is 1) After you're degreed, 2) After you have the money to buy a house.
Early loss of viriginity often leads to a loss of wealth potential.
I'll leave #3 for others cuz it's so controversial, having to do with the morality of marriage.

The best age is when you are old enough to know that:
Virginity does not grow back; you run the risk of getting pregnant;
you run the risk of getting infected with a potentially life threatening disease; the person you are with will probably not be the one you settle down with; and that the person you are with may only be interested in having sex and not be interested in you as a person.

i dont think age really matters if you love the person it shouldn't matter. Just think about it. Some people loose their virgity because of peerpresssure or because of their friends but it should be because you care about that peson and want to take your relationship to the next level.
