I guess your real weight would be the one when your stomach is empty, because that's what you really weigh. Weighing yourself after a meal can maybe add a couple of pounds.
In my opinion you should weigh yourself at any given moment of the day, except in the morning or right after a meal. That should give you a fair average and not mislead you.

Your real weight is the weight you have first thing in the morning after having used the bathroom, but before eating or drinking anything (even water). If you have gotten a full night of sleep, your body has processed all of the food and drinks from the day before. The reason you weigh yourself after using the restroom is so that all waste products from the day before have been purged from you body.
Also, your weight will only be nearly 100% accurate if you are free of clothing. I say nearly because scales are fallible, but good scales are generally close to the truth.

Your weight is whatever you currently weigh at that particular moment. If you weigh yourself every day, you should do it at the same time every day so you get an accurate reading. Also, it's important that you know that the average human body's weight can fluctuate as much as 5 pounds in a single day. That's why I think it is better to forget about the number and focus on things like muscle tone and inches around your waist.

The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning prior to eating. Obviously, eating them weighing yourself can add a pound or two, depending on the size of your meal. Though, even if you weighed yourself after a meal, the difference is not significant.

Your weight is just how heavy you are, it is probably about the same after you eat and when you wake up on any given day.
If you are still confused, here are some definitions for the word weight:
