Is this dandruff?

My scalp has big flakes of dead skin coming off but dandruff shampoo hasn't helped! Is this still dandruff?

Most likely it's psoriasis. Ask your pharmacist for over the counter medication for it. If it doesn't clear up after a week, see your doctor.

yes. try head and shoulders shampoo. that should work
