You really can't answer any of these.
How many people were on the bus BEFORE the 300 got on?
There must have been some, because if you subtract 290, you get 10. Add 2, you get 12. 15 can't get off, because there are only 12 people, not including the driver, which makes 13. You can't have 15 people getting off a bus that only has 13 people on it to begin with.
And what's with the .3 and .5? That makes .8. You'd have a fraction of a person! Your riddle is nonsensical, therefore your questions are unanswerable.

The first question is not logical because you have fractions of people and negative numbers as well.
The hair colour though is the same as mine because you said that I am the driver.
