a break up is always hard. just relax and chill. spend time with other girs and other people. you'll forget about her soon if you have fun with what ever youre doing. its hard but there isnt anything you can do about it.

instead of being unlucky and depressed all day, spend more time with your friends and parents. Maybe when you were with her, you spent way too much time with her and maybe your friends and family feel left out. Plan to do a special project with your friends and maybe cook dinner for the family. Another way to forget about her is to do what you love to do. When you were with her, you pretty much spent a lot of time being with her or thinking about her, and did not have the time to do things you enjoy doing. pick up your hobbies again and you will be very excited again.
Normally I would not suggest someone who just broke up with their significant other to search for a new relationship, but if that helps, sure, why not?
Life is wonderful only if you enjoy it.
Good luck.

man this is a tough thing, i went through it the past 5 months after a 3 year relationship. then we got back together about a month ago and she left me again two days ago...so i know it is rough. you may never forget about what you guys had and if you really treated her well and she goes out and meets others...she may really see she gave up something good. until then, time is the best way for your healing. go out, meet with other people. get close with your friends and family, they will support you and help you through this. it's very hard, i know...but you can only try and keep on moving through life. i will tell you to keep faith because i am trying to do it myself man...

It is going to be hard at first..I know i am going through the same thing (but the opposite sex) and mine was 2 years. Any time I have free time I think about that person. So just be very busy...read that helps me.

start immdeiately building new relationships with other girls, they may not end up being your girlfriend, but guess what? They have lots of girlfriends too, and since you are such a "nice guy" they won't have any problem hooking you up. Life is too short to cry over lost love...go and occupy your time with new conquests..
just be smart and be protetcted

I know just how you feel, brother, and I sympathize. You need to find some rebound girls. It's the only thing that helps. Don't drink, it makes it worse. Just find some new girls. Who knows, you might find a new love in the process.
P.S. You can't believe it now, but trust me, it passes. In time you will move on, and the pain will die. It just takes time.

It's hard, but it will happen naturally. It's all part of breaking up. Try to find something to occupy you on your down time so you wont think about her constantly. The more free time you have, the more your mind will think about her.
