I asked earlier about the significance of the wailing wall to the Jews. Thank you to all who answered. Now I would like to know if Messianic Jews follow the same traditions in food choice and preparation as an orthodox Jew?

Not quite "Jews for Jesus" but pretty close and not any bit more sane, even after all these years. There are many congregations with different interpretations of the laws. It is kind of like a friend of mine explained. In his restaurant, to honour passover, everything was served on unleavened bread, even the cheeseburgers.
