I love Ian Watkins (lostprophets) hair, what would you ask the hairdresser to get the hair style? Tips guys!?

Is there a name for the Ian's hairstyle? What would you ask the hairdresser exactly? Long fringe? Long tail? Sides?
What else could i do to perfect it?

Google him in images and take them to the hair dresser. I don't think there is a name for it, at least not that I know of but the stylist might know.
