I am to start taking Xenical this weekend and wouldl ike to know...?

I would like to know how much weight I should expect to lose in the first month from someone that has actually taken the medication and lost weight.

I currently weight 280 pounds and would like to know how long I shoud expect to take the medication before I start to losing weight.

Are there any food that I should avoid?

Please tell me your experience with Xenical no opinions please!

no opinion, data shows that people taking xenical may start gaining weight back again within 6-12 months of starting, this is regardless of continuing or stopping the drug, I know this does not sound good, do ask your doctor this question, good luck
