Yep they sure can. I wouldn't trust them with any photo shop though. I'd take it to a local guy who's been in business for many years.

yea!! Try to find a place with an enlarger and a person there can do it for you. My highschool had a couple and we did it ourselves! Its pretty tricky though, if you've never made prints before. Good Luck!

Sure - any camera store or amateur photographer who hasn't switched to digital can make prints for you. If you have a scanner with the right attachment you can scan them in and make positives yourself.

I found an old negative and scanned it in; clicked on negative in my photo editing, and wallah, a photo.

yes, but be careful with them they are most likely made of nitrate, take it to a professional lab, i found film from the same time which was nitrate, highly explosive
