can i adopt a real penguin, anywere, as a pet......?

Not to keep at home. You can "adopt" one or sponsor through the Wild Life organization. You can't keep a penguin in a cage...buy a budgie

No. You can contact a local zoo and sponser a penguin. You can't take the penguin home but you can go to the zoo and see it.

No. It is highly unlikely that you would be able to provide the adequate habitat needed for them. They are wildlife, and are not domesticated pets.
