Maybe you suffer from depression. Tell your doctor about it and he/she can help it is nothing to be embarrassed about and the sooner you find the problem the sooner you can work on curing it.

I am sorry for you. I am guessing you are young. I am nearly 40. I used to feel like that too. Life is difficult at a younger age because there are so many queries about what to do with life. But really and truly all life is comes down to this......a personal quest to find out and pursue what makes you happy. I don't particularly like my job - only a lucky few do. But I love the benefits of paying my bills, enjoying my cat and dog, going for the odd coffee and sticky bun! It is about finding things every day that make you happy. Don't buy in to the beauty crap that cons women so badly and look around and appreciate anything that you can find joy in, a pet, birdsong, sunshine, freedom, conversation with a friend. Simple things. It is little things that make a difference, I find

Dont worry hun, we all go throw it in our lifes. Im guessing that you havent got a boyfriend? But I was feeling like you a while ago but then I found the best man in the world and now there isnt any hole in my heart and I feel that you maybe a man might help.
Talk to someone, talking always helps me. I always think someone hows older, has been throw it and can help you.
Good luck and never give up. Keep your chin up and if you believe happiness is just around the corner!!!

see a doctor or therapist, you'd be surprised how many people do and anti-depressants may work if prescribed
exercise
spend time outdoors with fresh air and sunshine
surround yourself with people or spend some time alone doing things you like, or even finding out new things you might like
listen to music and buy some new music if needed
get a spa treatment, or have one at home
take a hot aromoatherapy bath with candles
volunteer somewhere
find a good book to read
watch movies and rent new ones
if all else fails...have a drink!
basically its a mental thing and you control your mind so when its busy focused on other things your mood should change. good luck! my happiness is fast food, a bottle of wine, and tv in bed. try that.

is it that you feel no one can help you, or are you not letting anyone in?
Stop dwelling on it, and start doing things that you used to enjoy, like going to the movies or even just going for a walk. Volunteer at a local charity and you would be surprised at what you will find.
Maybe you just need to get out and make some new friends. Staying home and vegging while depressed makes matters worse, get out and do things!

We all live in very troubled times. I personally do not believe in therapy or medication, what you need is a life with a bright future to pick up your spirits. As hard as it may appear you have to stand up and become active, no one is going to spoon feed you, you have to do it for yourself. Read about the "somerian tablets", "Annunaki" and "Zecharia Sitchin", open your eyes on your computer to magic, punch those things into your search engine. Do it, lose yourself in the gift I have just given you, you may well wish to thank me.

Have your hormones checked out.
Sometimes stress can mess up your hormones and make you "blue". Nip it in the bud before it gets worse.
I use the herb Saw Palmetto and Omega 3 Oils from flaxseed for depression as well as exercise.
My best to you!
