Black_Atheist: your point is moot because I did not write these lyrics.

a_blvr: The person you refer to did not write these lyrics, either. Though I could understand why one might think that.

TO ALL: Have patience & keep checking this question. I will tell who wrote it, but would like some more people to have the chance to read & answer first. :)

Ok, so have you all been sitting on pins & needles waiting to find out? Or did you research & find out for yourselves? It may come as a suprise to some of you, but this song is a Black Sabbath song. (to the person who mentioned Ozzy Osbourne: he never wrote songs for Black Sabbath, oh & yeah, thanks for ruining the suprise like I asked you not to). Now don't get upset. I just wanted to point out that you can't judge a book by it's cover. I have heard so many people call Black Sabbath an evil band. It is simply not true. A large amount of their lyrics are very obviously Christian/Biblical. :)

It sounds like it was written by a new zealous believer who is immature in the faith. We should use love and not condemnation to win the lost. Condemning a person for there sin only makes them mad. Besides we are all sinners in need of a savior. Also no one could kill Jesus, he gave his life because he loved us.

I think the Lyrics are Great !! It is sending a special message that we need to be ready and the truth about our God.
I like most of the words, and now if you could just add some music, it would be a great combination. NICE !!!

I haven't heard that song in years. Yeah watch the Osbornes and see what the end result of that wisdom is. ROFL. I do admit that Ozzy had moments of clairity like this. Also on the Never Say Die album. I wish he had opened his eyes for more then a moment. Alice Cooper did.

May GOD richly bless you anyway.

I have a few misgivings about the metre, but I applaud the sentiments! It is, of course, meant to be sung rather than read as poetry.

So, who wrote the song, since you seem to think that is so important. Personally, i don't care one way or theother about it.
