okay so how many guys would talk to a girl and say they should hang out the next day but never get on im, i am mad about his because i dont know if he had other plans or forgot or just blew me off please help!

Well sometimes people do stupid things. I'm not saying that he forgot or that he just blew you off. But the best thing to do is to talk to him and ask him to tell the truth. If he does you will know why but if he does not and you can tell for sure, then keep at it. He will soon tell you. If he does not ignore him or just keep being friends.

Sometimes things come up and sometimes they may met someone else that they want to be involved with. Men will keep you worried and stressed out for the rest of your life if you let them! Go out and have some fun.

Oh man, that is not good. First of all you don't know if they are pervs. Best to get to know a person. Honestly, show each other what each other looks like. I don't even care to meet a person too fast or quickly.
As they may not like what you look like, or you may not like what you see. Honestly, it is the best thing to do is be with a friend at all times and go to a public place. Honestly, no one in the right mind like to meet that quickly, they may sound like it....I refuse it myself. Becareful. Take your time and get to know them better. Look at likes, dislikes, your ideals and vise versa.
