BRUCE LEE AND JACKIE CHAN AND JEAN CLAUDE VAN DAMME AND JET LI AND STEVEN SEGAL AND MIKE TYSON VS. MY LITTLE PONY AND THE SMURFS AND THE FRAGGLES.
Why do we have stupid questions like this?
Shouldn't people have to take an IQ test before they post?
Wasn't this asked 30+ times already?
SEARCH FUNCTION NOOB!
Is there a way to report stupid questions like this to have them deleted?

It bothers me not that people ask the question in the first place, but that they are too lazy to use the search function to see if it has been asked before. This question gets asked at least 10-20 times a week in some variation and they all get the same answer.
It clogs up the place so that you have to sift through so much crap in order to answer a question from someone who legitimately needs advice. Chances are people who are able to help are going to get fed up and leave eventually.

yeah I get annoyed too dude, but that's how it goes, the tools are always there but they don't use them.
and then the "who'd win" in a who versus who fight or a this discipline vs that discipline.
who's the best this or the worst that
although I personally couldn't care less to tell you the truth, because when I answer; I know that it's just my opinion, and you've prob'ly heard the sayin' about opinions....
I had Philip (haven't seen or heard from the guy since; either on here, nor did he say anything back in regards to the e-mail I sent back to him) email me about why I'm such a "hippie Liberal".
And goes on to ask me which was better? A $5 dolla bill or a $20 dolla bill (he's talking the difference between denominations of money amounts as a similarity to the differences in Martial Arts disciplines, which i don't mind tellin' anyone that HAD to be the most absolute stupid question I've ever heard concerning Martial Arts) because he commented on the "no better than another" disciplines answers that I usually give.
I had to really just let it roll off, no matter how stupid or dumb that it sounded to me.
So we just gotta let it roll man, that's just how it is I guess, and these same questions are gonna show up almost every time we log on here to post our opinions. whether it aggravates us or not.

Wish there was. Yahoo answers is a place where someone with no life can sign on and pretend to be somebody. Many pick the martial arts to make them feel like something besides a loser.
Some of these people don't have the IQ rating of a refrigerator light bulb.
I remember this one moron wanted to know how to make a football helmet out of a 12 pack case of Dr. Pepper cans.
It's hard to imagine anyone being that stupid.

I think you would find if it went on your iq there wouldn't be many questions on here anyway and from what i've seen you would get even less answers.a good sense of humour, human compassion, and understanding are a lot more important than iq.
they annoy me sometimes but hey wadda ya do.sometimes i put a humorous remark sometimes i tell them to piss off sometimes i just ignore it.think about this for awhile.
Define help!i give lots of varied answers some good some bad some funny to some people but not to others, aussies would think my funny ones are funny while seppos are scratching their head and visa versa.if i help 10% of the people who read my answer or question regardless of the question or answer,by helping them with good advice,or making them look at their question and my answer,by making someone laugh,by making someone forget there problems for a few seconds while they have a laugh,by giving someone a place to start looking so they can study up on it icould go on and on,have i helped you see things in a different light?well havn't i done a good thing?if 10% get something out of it i'll be the happiest god sorry man on earth.now who would win between me and 462 fully armed combat soldiers?me of course.they'd all be asleep from boredom by now.
PS maybe you should go back and look at some of your answers and then ask yourself this question again.

I too grow tired from seeing the same type of question asked over and over again, but the worst one in my opinion is "What martial art is the best?"
Since I hate reading/answering the same thing repeatedly, I don't bother. They might be ignorant people, but at least they are seeking knowledge to rectify that.
Oh, and the Fraggles would pwn the competition!

why does it bother you soo much.. if you think it's a stupid question ignore it.. don't answer..
that's probably the only downside of being a martial artist, as a group we tend to just take ourselves and our art way too seriously and don't know how to just have fun with their martial art... my sigung is one of the most prominent figures in chinese martial arts in the world, he's 80 years old and one of the funniest people i've ever met..
dudes, lighten up.. you'll have less things to b!+c# about and it'll make your day a little bit happier..

I think that if enough people vote down on a question, it should change every answer to the question to SEARCH FUNCTION NOOB! as the answers of a tired question inevitably do at Bullshido.

Could we also have a little less of the "my martial art can kick your marital art's butt" throwing around as it's kinda nnoying. you aren't going to convince anyone to switch and people join a martial art for different reasons, of which self defence is only one.

I agree. It seems I answer the same questions over & over. Some are legit, as when both are real martial artists, others are bogus. Sometimes it does annoy me, that's when I give smarta** answers.

You know... I do agree with you. There are some stupid one's on here.
But their are people out there that are just curious, and want to see what people say about their own question. Cause they have nothing else to do.
