That depends on what you believe. There sure are a lot of Christians trying to tell you that they are right, and Jesus is the only way to heaven, but no one can prove this to you for sure.
Firstly, ask yourself, do I believe in heaven, a place where people who made the right choices in life get some kind of continued existence without suffering?
What would living be without suffering? If you were never hungry, would you appreciate food? If you were never cold would you really love warmth?
Secondly I would ask this, why focus on a mythical afterlife, for which we have absolutely no proof, rather than focusing on your life now?
I believe that heaven or hell is a place we make in our own minds here on earth. Ever heard that story that hell is a long table, where people with hugely long spoons try to feed themselves, but cannot reach there own mouths, and heaven is a room where people with hugely long spoons feed each other and laugh? Heaven is what we make of ourselves here on earth.
Don't worry about a mythical ever after, be the best person you can, here and now.

No, if that were true then a good person who had never done anything wrong but didnt believe in christ would not go to heaven but a vicious murderer who repented at the last minute and became a believer would.
That doesnt make any sense.
There is no heaven.

In the end, I think yes, but I also think it's more complicated than that. Maybe after you die, and if there is a Christ, you will be brought before him and he will say, "hello, I'm Christ, you lived a pretty good life, were a moral person, respected other people, even though you didn't believe in me. Do you believe in me now?" Then, if you say yes, maybe you will be sent to heaven. No one really knows how it all works. But, if nothing else, we should try and be good people and be respectful for societies sake. Good luck.

Many Christians believe that belief in Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, while many others do not. The more conservative the Christian, the more likely he or she is to believe that those that do not believe in Jesus when they die go to Hell. The idea behind this is simple: "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23, NIV). "The wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23, NIV). "The gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23, NIV). These passages are not unique in the idea they express; there is a huge amount of Biblical evidence from the gospels to Revelation to support the idea that faith in Jesus Christ is necessary to go to Heaven. The truth is that the idea that people can go to Heaven without faith in Christ is relatively new and is correlated with the rise of humanism, which, among other things, entails the attitude that things that feel good are morally good unless they harm others. This is not Biblically supported. What is supported is that Jesus is the only way to Heaven.
So how can a good God sentence good people to death? The answer is simple, He does not. Not a single one of us is good. Jesus Himself said "no one is good, except God alone" (Mark 10:18, NIV). In our sin, every human has made him/herself ungood, evil. God can not be with that which is evil. Evil is the absence of good. However, Jesus's death pays the price for our sins, allowing us to be "born again" (John 3:3, NIV) and to wash ourselves, our souls, in the blood of The Lamb as suggested in Revelation 7:15. His blood washes us clean and gives us a fresh start, but we can only benefit from the gift if we accept it, and that is where believing in and loving Him comes in. Thus it is not that God is being unjust in condemning those that do not believe, they have refused to accept His greatest sacrifice of love meant to save them. He offered them a chance and they turned it down. Instead, it is that He is being merciful in saving us. Nobody deserves eternal life in Heaven with God, but He offers it to all.
It is not too late for those that don't know Christ. We are called to "go out into all the world and preach the good news to all creation." (Mark 16:15, NIV). Your friends can come to believe and be saved by God's word spoken through you or another. All you have to do is believe and pray, and be willing to speak. The rest is not up to you.

Yes, the only way to Heaven is by believing in Christ because He made it possible for you to get there by dying in your place. The greatest act of love anyone has ever done or will ever do.

What rubbish, anyone who believes that would be going against Christ, what did he say (for give them Father for they not know what they do) something like that, or so were told. We should understand that God forgives all sins, so what you say can not be true, because those who feel strongly about the bible and Jesus would say not believing is a sin, so some one needs to make up their mind. We need to remember that the bible was written by man, FACT, we also need to remember that man of that time would not have understood what he was to write, much of the bible has been poorly translated, and if anyone was to take the time to read the first Hebrew book some of you would change your mind.
Just in case you are wondering, I love God, Jesus, and the holy Ghost, I have faith in them all, but i do not have faith in religion because it's man made, and much of is done to control others.

No, believing in Christ will not lead you to heaven. But believing in heaven will lead you to Christ. That's the main attraction.

It appears to be so, if Christ is who he says he is.
God = with man when man is without sin
man with sin = without God
Christ fixes sin problem
Man with with Christ = with God again.
this is the philosophical equation.
Now if some other way could substitute it would make less sense to why Christ died. He could have just came and told of the other ways. In humans death is a important point. Why would someone choose death without a good reason.
Muslims who blow themselves up do it on the promise of a better afterlife.
Jesus says in John he is the only way, so he either is wrong or right.
IF he is right then he is the only way. IF he is wrong he died for no reason.
