i am sooo confused
he looks at me alot but every time i try to talk to him he never makes eye contact with me or says anything back
does he not want to have anything to do with me or what
i so don't get it

he might like you but he's too shy. but if he likes you a lot or if he's worth your time, he'll put his shyness to the side and make a move. and whatever you do don't express your feeling to him.
