Well, the venom of a black widow in it's teeny size can kill a man (under the proper circumstances) but I'd wager that one the size of a dog would be very formidable. The concentration and volume of the venom would probably cause severe tissue damage and disintegrate the flesh at the point of injection, and would be fatal nearly instantly I would think.
Sorry, that's not a very humorous answer, but I'm struggling with trying to find a way to make it so ;)

Well it would probably marry the man use him for casual sex a few times, divorce him and screw him out of every penny he has then stab him in the neck....
So I'd say 5 weeks...depending on the weather..
If you mean the spider then I'd say a man would bleed to death before the poison got to his heart...being as big as a dog and the strength of the venom wud be the same.

I think the venom's power would be the same, but it would just be capable to hold more. Because come spiders who are larger have less powerful venom than those of smaller spiders.
