A nice warm bath before bed.

Try not to drink or eat a lot before going to bed so you don't need the loo during the night.

Where possible, try to resolve problems (that you are able to) so that you don't have them to worry about, avoid putting them off til morning (like getting stuff prepared for the next morning).

Also, don't go to bed angry!!! It really makes it difficult to sleep.

When I figure that out, I'll let you know. Honestly, I sleep at my desk at lunchtime. Other than that, I try to sleep late on the weekends (until 9:00 if I can). I find that I only get about four to five hours a night and I am one of those people who need eight or nine.

In fact, I'm going home in a few minutes from work and even though it's Friday night, I'm going to have a hot bubble bath and go to bed!

schedule your days AND FOLLOW IT as much as possible making sure you have time for plenty of sleep. it may involve being a little selfish but its for your health so do it anyway. or pick at least one day a week to do nothing but rest and relax all day with no interruptions to catch up. take a sleep aid if you have trouble falling and/or staying asleep, and create an evening routine to help you prepare for a full night of sleep. at a certain time every night i like to keep all lighting in my home very minimal by using small lamp(s) in the room im in and lights out everywhere else. i also like to take a hot shower with candles only and soft music. by the time im in bed i'm practically knocked out.
