um.....Just type 'chat rooms' on google and see what u'll find. Or u cud go onto Yahoo Chat rooms that's on the messenger or if u go onto www. tagged.com and create an account, there r chat rooms for every age above 13. Good Luck!

get yahoo messenger, somewhere up on top of that little screen there is a tab called ations, scrool down and begin to chat. b-ware the rooms are mostly filled with links to pornographic material. other than that you will be able to chat with people.

Why would you want to? They're dangerous places to be these days, most of them are unmoderated and you never know whether you're talking to someone above the age of consent or not (it doesn't matter how old you are).
Forums are definitely the better ones to look at. They're usually moderated and you're often better protected.
