Digital Manual?

I am looking for one of those digital manual cameras, except with video too. I cureently have a digital with video, but I really want a nice quality manual, so I thought why not get a camera with both? Any one know where i could get a nice one?

a superzoom class:
Panasonic Lumix FZ-30 - full automatic...semiautomatic modes ..like aperture priority or speed priority ...or full manual+you can add an external flash (has a hot shoe) ... + video in SVGA 30fps at 640x420 movie.

ask at any camera/photo store.
