I am so bored I need help too. I want a boyfriend but My parents keep scaring all the guys I like away, so i tried an online b/f but that didnt work either. What should I do.

Its not that Im bored and i want a b/f, its just that Im tired of my parents treating me like a three year old, I know that they have my best interest at heart. But I know some things about my dad that would hurt my mom if I said anything. So I guess im also worried what happens if that happens to me, I dont trust ppl easily, and that hurts seeing as how Im only 15 and cant trust ppl. (the online dating was someone I met at camp and we talked over the internet - it wasnt like i didnt know who it was, like I said it takes me a long time to trust someone) I guess thats another problem

i think ure parents are just protecting u and thats not always a bad thing but i now its hard being single but just wait and ure dream guy will be there for u someday and nothing will scare him away and plz be careful on the internet dating

Your parents perhaps loves you very much and only want the best person for you. Parents can sometimes see into the Future and can tell that problems lie ahead with your choice of a partner.

If you want someone because you're bored, what you really need is a hobby. Other than that you're just using him for entertainment, way not cool.
If your parents can scare them away they really aren't that good of guys and you don't really want them anyway.
You're best bet is to wait and just flirt with the guys you happen to deal with on the regular. At least you're getting attention and no one is getting hurt.

tell ur parents to stay out of it...i had this prob too..i just stay alone from the last 10 yrs.. i was just 14 when they had sort of irritated doing such stupid things..i went over to a hostel to stay..and this is whr i am today i did my studies well i am an engineer..i have a steady bf.. and now even my parents does come to interfere..but for how long can they do that.. cos i am staying afar... plzzz

How old are you? Forget the online boyfriend. You never know what you might be getting. Talk to your parents. Tell them how you feel.

You sound like you may be a little young. For now, why don't you concetrate on making yourself a really good person. You know, like learn how to be a good friend to others. (People like people who listen to them and talk nice to them.) Then in a few years, when you are older and your parents don't object, you can have your pick of the best boyfriend(s). Just confront them, tell them its time that u start having a b/f...and before u let a guy meet ur parents tell him about some things that ur dad is intrested about..like if ur dad likes football tell ur b/f to open a topic about it when he meets ur dad

well maybe make a compromise with ur parednt like if u like him have them get to no him and if they dont like him have them tell u so u cant scare him away 4 ur self lol

go to school,find someone u like,and ask them out.dont tell ur parents,if u guys go to the movies tell ur parents ur goin wit ur friends
