Ok, ready, breathe, now take a deep breath, and relax...for the next minute all you have to do is read.
1. Most important, it's not what you eat, it's what's eating you so......
2. Make a list of the attributes of people you admire....and see if you have some in commmon.
3. Make a list of the bad things people have done to you, yes all of them, like callingn you names and such.....
4. After the list of bad things is done, tear it up in a thousand pieces and throw it away....it served a purpose and that was to make you realized...or start to realize what's bugging you....and that self-realization is good.
5. Nutrition - start by having breakfast every day....the cheerio's and non-fat milk, with fruit if available is a good start.
6. Add fiber - by adding more vegetables and fruit everyday!
7. Try taking a fiber pill once a day, to get rid of excess waste, that we all have.
8. Forget soda, white sugar, white flour and white bread.
9. If you need soda, try ones that are made with splenda 0 calories.
10. Add water and more water...to flush out the waste, and keep you kidneys functioning properly.
11. Walk at least 5 minutes a day.....even if it's climbing stairs 3to 5 minutes a day........and park the car (if you drive) at the farthest place and walk to the entrance.
12. Get out the cd's with dancing music, and dance at least 1 to 3 songs a day, for the sheer pleasure, get out the pent up energy and add to your more healthy lifestyle.
13. This one is easiest, smile every time you pass a mirror, a big smile because you are gaining control of your life again.....and again...and if you slip up....so what...you are doing this for the most important person in your life...YOU!
14. Take it easy and remember, at least one meal a week, enjoy whatever you want....then go back to healthy eating....I hate the other word..that reminds me of doing without.
15. Face whatever is bugging you and move on....ok so if you slip up go back to eating healthy and walking more, and don't forget that dance......and smile.....now...a big smile.

1. If you care about your appearance and what people think of you, you will be motivated.
2. You could play DDR, or purchase a Wii when it is released on November 19, to exercise.
3. Carry your laptop while walking around the neighborhood.
4. Walking a half hour or an hour a day will decrease your heart rate over time and allow you to lose calories.
