and since my beliefs are different than your personal faith, what do I really care what you think about your version of god and the after life....really...you can repeat a million times that I'm hell bound and wrong....but the truth of it is that you're only telling yourself that, and in my opinion, it's basically moot.
I'm pretty set in my ways that the the whole 'you must believe and accept Jesus to be saved' stuff is all mumbo jumbo, so having someone that has faith that is not jumbo mumbo repeatedly tell me I'm 'lost, wrong and going to hell' is rather comedic to me. I basically shrug my shoulders and walk by without an ounce of shame or guilt. While someone may be yelling that I need saving, I can relax and give a sigh of relief that I didn't fall into that pattern of faith thinking.
Does it bother you that I'm completely unshaken by your 'doom threats' about hell because in my opinion it's man-made and not real? Does it bug you that I'm completely happy without it?

I doesn't bother me at all, because each of us has the freedom to believe as we choose and act accordingly. You are right that a believer in Christ should not go up to a someone of a faith that doesn't believe as they do and tell them they are going to hell for not believing as they do. I am always open to share my beliefs, but I don't impose them upon others. Regardless of affiliation or belief I think we will all be given the same opportunity to accept whatever we find out is true, sometime, whether in this life or next. I'm happy that you're happy. We should all respect each other's beliefs.
On another note, I don't think anyone will be saved just because they believe.

It is fine to have your opinion. In fact, for those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus feel the same way.
I was recently saved through the grace of God abour 6 months ago and words can not explain how much I life has changed! I actaully thought the same way, until I accepted the grace of God and let him run my life. I have been going to church and reading the word of God and I'm learning anf growing everyday!!
By the way..this is coming from someone who used to party, swear and be wild a year ago.
God would never want anyone to go to "Hell" that is not his purpose. he died for our sins and he just wants a good relationshp with you and me so we can be better people.
God bless you....

It bothers me more that most who tell you this are not truly saved and don't know it. Those who sell you a cheap religion of (if you only do this or that you can save yourself). Very few understand no one can save themselves. Only if God has chosen them and enables them can they even truly cry out to Him for mercy. So at least you have an honesty and there is no doubt as to where you stand. Many of the "religious" folk don't and are sorely mistaken. The sad part is they don't even know it.

Bug me? No. Sadden me? Yes. But it is your chose and you are the one that will have to stand before an Almighty God one day with your head in shame and hear, "Depart from Me?" All I can do for you at this point is pray, that God will have mercy on you and that you will see the light before it is everlastingly too late.

Your choice, your opinion, your life...just remember, you are responsible for the choices you make...no one else.
Just so you know the facts; It's faith first, then God may or may not send his truth. That is when faith becomes real in someones life. People that are true Christians have the Holy Spirit and the truth is with them as a result of having faith.
Your error is thinking that it is blind faith...it is not.

Hello handsome_... :)
No..it does not bug me..
It saddens my heart..because I once too believed the way you do..I really thought that I was hurting Christians, by telling them that all they can do is condemn..but now I can look back and see, that I was condeming them..not vice versa.. :(
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

Wow, searching for an actual question in your rant....
No, it does not bother me. Nor does it surprise me. You are prophesied about in the Bible.
