CERTAIN METALS TOUCHING YOUR METAL FILLINGS MAY CAUSE A GALVANIC REACTION AND MIGHT MAKE IT FEEL AS IS YOU WERE CHEWING ON A BATTERY.
OTHERWISE, TIN FOIL WRAPPERS HAVE SHARP EDGES THAT HAVE SHARP CORNERS THAT CAN HURT YOUR GUMS.

Why are you chewing on foil wrappers in the first place???

It doesn't feel good on your teeth, fillings or no fillings.

Probably the electrical charges created in your mouth from the combination of the foil, saliva and fillings in your teeth. Happens to me every time I start chewing on aluminum foil.
