Ares P2P users??? and Limewire??

Question

I've just downloaded Ares, I'm new to it and I need some help on how to use it. I need the basics and need to know stuff.how can i make it download stuff faster.

I 've been using Limewire for a while know and it seems that Limewire is downloading faster??

Also, I've bees using Limewire, and i've come to problem, everytime I use it now, after every 20 to 30 minutes, it turns of or shuts down by itself and my downloads don't get completed. I have to open it op over and over again. How can I Stop this.

And Finally, which is much better and easier to use,

Ares or Limewire???

and from the previuos questions, can you tell me specifically and as much detailed as possible on who to do all that I need to do???Please!!!!???!?

As far as ares all you do is type in the name of what ever you are looking for in the search bar where it says search,Then a list will come up,and click the one you want it hit download,Then go to Transfer and it will show you how fast it is downloading,And when it is done,Then hit clear idle and go to your library and look under audio and find your songs.Then if you are downloading software always click the software button under search.As far as lime wire,If you are running both programs at one it is going to be slow and sometimes shut the other one down,You really should just remove Lime wire it is full of spy ware and virus,Ares is easy,If you need more help hit me @ yahoo click my name

You probably downloaded some hack from the FBI that is closing your P2P automatically. If I was you I wouldn't use that P2P crap; it's just run by the "man" so they can bust your ***.
