post-election news conference, President Bush seemed cheerily
optimist about the "good chance" he now has to pass the
so-called "comprehensive" amnesty bill:
"I think we have a good chance [at passing the amnesty
bill]. Thank you. It's an important issue and I hope we
can get something done on it. I meant to put that in my
list of things that we need to get done."

I think it SUCKS!
Americans HAVE to WAKE UP!!!
If they give those degenerates Amnesty.

ship them back, no amnesty. Break the law and get paid. doesn't make sense. Damn liberals. A few Democrats win in the senate and the President is getting scared. Stay your course and build the fence, ship them back south of the border and fine the businesses that are breaking the law. If I speed I want amnesty and not pay the fine. If I steal I want amnesty and not go to jail. If I kill I want amnesty and I don't want to die too.

Pelosi voted for and pushed a much more comprehensive amnesty bill then even Kennedy-McCain-Bush. The bill would make illegals eligible for citizenship within 2 years.

I don't think he will make it happen. The democrates may have won the House and senate but most of their gained seats were a good thing for conservatives. The dems that won were for the most part Blue Dog dems and the republicans they replaced were moderate too liberal.

If there is 'amnesty' every few years, ALL IT DOES is ENCOURAGE people to break the law because they know they won't be punished.
I think there freakin' should be AMNESTY so we that if we don't bother paying our income tax, we are just 'forgiven.'
