Take 10 girls out to see a movie and go out for pizza after?
Find an indoor pool? Indoor volleyball? Indoor skating rink?
Even just dinner at a restaurant for all of them is cool.

what kind of temp. do you live in, because a park is great for a b-day party. the kids have a great time. as long as you don't have a lot of wind blowing away all your party goods. if you have it at a place like mcd, or a pizza place, you don't have to pay for a party, just go at a time when the traffic is low, order a pizza, or drinks and bring your own stuff. i have done this, and thay don't mind. another idea is swimming. if you have a local indoor rec center, just ask that each child bring enough to get in, and have your cake on the tables that are provided for the general public. if this dosen't work for you, you might limit the girls to 3,4, rent a movie or two, play some games. kids can have a great time doing a lot of things. happy b-day!

Have some different stations set up with different activities. For instance, cookie decorating, beading bracelets, and decorating a take home bag (buy some foam cut outs, stickers, and use brown lunch bags). Then, have the kids bag up their goodies (add some candy if you like) and let them snack on some chips, dip and fruit.
The trick to a budget party is having it mid-afternoon (1-4) and then you aren't obligated to serve a meal (pizza can add up!). Then, you can spend your money on goodies and activities. Good Luck!

Take them to walk around the mall for a few hours, maybe get something small for each of them. Then, take them out for dinner (just something cheap like fast food or out for pizza). Take them out for icecream for dessert and then back to your house for a sleepover. I'm sure your house is big enough. 9 yr. old girls don't take up that much room. If you have to, move a few things into another room so they have more space.

Well it all depends..do you want a party at your house at a birthdya partt place.
A easy one for your house is like have a mini thing in your backyard...pick a day that wont be cold and have an outside party..do like crafts and games and things
