i only have tomatoes, maseca, chiles , mexican cheese? any ideas?

Yummmm, all of your ingredients sound soooo tasty!!! How about tacos? or some sort of enchilada? I am going for mexican dinner as soon as my boyfriend hurrys home from work!!! I can 't wait!!! Hope this helps...Good luck
