Alright I know tattoos hurt but what about on the chest not a chest piece but like off to the side the left and the right does that really hurt?

Rule of thumb, anything near bone or nerves is going to be incredibly painful (and I should know, I have 15 tattoos).
Off to the side may not be too bad unless it's by the collar bone, but generally speaking chest tattoos are the most painful next to elbows.
(Funny story, my boyfriend passed out when he got his elbows tattooed. It's funny becuase he's a muay thai fighter.)

the getting the outline of the tattoo thing hurts but the painting is okay

I don't have a tattoo but my sister dose an she say it hurts but if you cant handle the pain don't get one

its kinda like a rug burn

i don't know.............and if you're going to really get a tatoo get a rose because it really turns guys on..my big sister has one with the rose on her arm
