okay i was playing volleyball yesterday. then today when i looked at my arm, i have these spotted bruise. its just normal bruise except its formed in spots. is it normal?

yes its caused from the smack of the ball on the fore arm.

The impact of the ball on your arm is breaking blood vessels. That would explain the small bruises on your arms. Sometimes wearing long sleeves will alleviate the bruises or at least minimize them. I hope this helps. Take care and good luck.

Yes, it is normal, I used to play myself and it's caused by the volleyball. If you notice, it's not like a basketball, it has more stitching so not all of the ball will hit your arm, hence the spots!
