I'm guessing not because they don't do anything. The vagina doesn't respond to miniscule lines on a condom rubbing on our skin. It responds to pressure. lol...I really don't know, but I'd almost assume that they actually do not have anyone test that. They're more concerned with effectiveness and a way to market them.

Probably MP's they get all the best things in life and they get away with it. I did hear John Prescot used to be the main tester then Blunket took over.
