I cook, clean and keep my fiancee happy, let him know that he is loved, and am currently 23 weeks pregnant with the daughter he was hoping for! And I have been writing him every day since he has been deployed. **dances for her Navy man** That's how I support MY troop. :)

Soldiers angels.
I send care packages and letters to 5 soldiers. I write letters and care packages to soldiers needing special TLC. I have petitioned my state legislature to add a VA on the Olympic peninsula where there isn't one. I write letters to the editor, 3 printed about realistic support. I volunteer to help their families, painting, gardening and household chores.
I vote, for people who promise to uphold the responsibility of never sending our troops into unnecessary combat, (hasn't worked, there they are) And Who will provide our troops with the best possible equipment. I participate in organizations that try to get the men and women, sons and daughters of America back home.
The reason that liberals like to make fun of people putting magnets on suv's is simple, the purchase of oil supports terrorists, and cars consume oil. My dear friend is a recent veteran of the war in Iraq is offended by the magnets and refuses to put one on his car. I think that if you are going to put a ribbon on your car it should at least be a sticker, not so easily removed.

I not only thank them with words, but with actions.

I received the Outstanding Center of Influence award from the Ohio National Guard as the individual who was most helpful to my husband's unit's Soldiers and their families during their deployment to Afghanistan. I was very honored and humbled to learn that of all the people his unit could have chosen, they chose me.

I contribute regularly and generously to the USO and other military organizations.

I've been literally a shoulder to cry on for quite a few military wives and have gotten them help when they need it.

And I was a faithful military wife to my husband for over 20 years.

I pray for them. In O1, I sent them Items on a grocery list of needed items. Also, I sent extra money to the wounded warrior project.org" when I had some extra money. The "wounded warrior project" gives supplies to soldiers who come in off the battle field at Walter Reed Military Hospital. They come in without basic supplies like tooth brushes, clothes, shaving kits. Wounded warrior supplies this stuff with your donations.

I have a magnet on my SUV. Liberals like to mock this but the reason I have it there is to have a visible sign to the soldiers that they are supported. I do not wan them to think they are not appreciated like in Vietnam.

I also belong to a group called Adopt a Sniper, they provide extra gear to snipers in all branches. I also work with a group that provides servicemen air conditioners.
