Let her know that it bothers you and if she doesn't stop, well I wouldn't be friends with someone who was that annoying.

"I'm sorry, I've made other plans and can't go to......" may work better in cutting off her nosy inquiries rather than the more vague "I have things to do."
If she is interrupting conversations you are having with other people you have to say "I'm sorry, this is a private conversation." It sounds harsh, but it gets the message across, since subtlety is not her strong point.
On the other hand, it may be that she is lonely and really wants to have more involvement in your life. So you have to ask yourself why she is your friend in the first place. If she is pressing for more information than you want to give, you may just have to cut her off with "that's really none of your concern. Let's talk about something else."

Yes. I'm the type of person that if I wanted you to have all the details I would have clearly stated all the details. If you don't need to know, then I'll give a general statement.

You are in control of what you do, so just say no. You do not need to explain what your plans, or who your friends are. Once they understand you will not answer with details, just no, they will stop pestering you.

That is very annoying when people do that. I would just say you don't know this person and leave it at that.

Say "things, THINGS" in a progressively louder and angrier voice that will indicate to the rude questioner just how rude she is being. "What friends" she asks? You say, "some friends, JUST SOME FRIENDS" she'll get the message.
