I think that once you have your college degree, its time to jump ship and bail out of the US with its xenophobe, homophobe, backwards mentally. They are like spoiled brats on steroids.
The US and its citizens will never change.

To Ireland or Switzerland, Norway or Sweden.

The cold I can cope with, the racist hicks I cannot.

Universalists are often asked where they stand. The only true answer to give to this question is that they do not stand at all, they move. So move if you feel that way.
I don't mind traveling but on the whole I like it here. I don't see it the same way as you do. I don't think many do. Maybe you need to change your associations and get a different view.

i could say your precise, there is lots of bigotry, intolerance, and bias against Catholics, yet no longer in elementary terms right here on Yahoo. i've got considered vicious insults thrusted at Catholics are television and radio, and there is not any public outcry. no person sparks marches, or demands public apologies. The media is almost lifeless silent, and if somebody does talk out, their anger is often ridiculed and decreased to no longer something of value. yet, if the jobs have been reversed, if those self same insults have been thrown on the Jewish faith, or Islam, or at a team of the racial minority, the debate could flare the airwaves for days, with protests interior the streets close to the offending internet site. i think of it is stunning and unhappy how people's fairness and objectivity could be completely deserted while a team that they hate is badly attacked, yet they enable it bypass. Jesus replaced into hated and persecuted while He walked the earth. He suggested an identical could take place to us. We, although, have no longer something to concern, by way of fact he's at our facet, continuously and perpetually. God bless.

By all means leave. This country was not built by cowards who will not stand and try to fix what was wrong. It was also not built by people who hated it and its people so go away. We will survive your departure but bright minds are needed also. Why would you wait until you got your degree before leaving? Are you part of the problem here? Do you take from but not give back to America, by your statements I would say so.
