I built a structure out of stock pannel (15'x5' metal grid ). the total wind surface square footage is 8.4375ft^2. it has 240 lb of sand that holds it down by means of weight on feet at the botom of the structure. for the purpose of this, disregard any breaking points of any material. my question is how much wind would it take to knock it over? How do I work this out? How did you get to your answer?
