We've been friend for 4 years now. We act like a couple sometimes. We never fight about anything. He acts like he likes me ad i like him a lot. I don't know what to do. He 13 too. Help!

I'm not sure what to tell you really. I'm 15 so I know what you mean. I find it easier to like you're best friend cuz you can get him to open up about himself. I asked one of my friends out last year...it didn't go anywhere, but we're still friends. So go for it, it won't hurt anything to ask. Imagine what could bloom!
