There are so many things you might mean by this...
What do you mean he has a hard time holding back? He wants it more than you do? He's too rough? He's overly vocal? He's obnoxious? He shoots too quick?

Try it like you would a puppy who has too much energy lol, run him around the yard
My serious one is how much sex is this guy wanting? If you arent into it that much and he is, you either have to smack his hand and tell him you arent into it right now or maybe look for a guy who is more compatabile with you and your lifestyle.

You've got to find a way to talk him/her out of it. I mean it's not only going to hurt them, but yourself too. And if they don't listen to you its not worth having a friendship where your bf can't trust your advice. If you still want ti be bf then try turning to an adult if needed(I hope its not that serious)

Tell him you want things to slow down sexually, and to be sure it does slow down, stay in public places when you're with him. When you decide it's time for sex then bring him back to your place. He'll eventually get the picture.

Tell him how you feel. Let him know what you like and want. And find out what he likes. You have to be completely open with each other. He probably doesn't even know you feel this way, because you haven't told him.

My advise is you tell him right off bat. That you are not ready for sex, and when YOU are ready then maybe. If he doesn't agree, then you should move on.
