I get the same thing every now and then. I seem to get it with a combination of lack of sleep and stress. The twitching usually goes away soon enough, but its really annoying while it lasts. Its nothing to worry about unless it becomes painful.

I'm assuming you mean that pulsating feeling you get on your eyelid? If that's the case, then stress is what tends to cause it. It is just the muscle that is pulsating and is nothing to worry about. I'll also get it in my thigh sometimes. Usually happens when there's a lot going on in my life.

Its just a relaxation process that your body is taking on it will go away in a while.
