as for the pain in your head it could be migraine brought on by stress and the paranoia you need to see a psychiatrist and need to be prescribed anti psychotic drugs like lithium then the headache will subside and also the paranoia

Are you going to a doctor? he probably will help you with a good prescription like Topamax. What are you waiting for.

i do sympathise with you. Headaches are awful and you must be worried about the paranoia too. Have you seen the doctor? Have you talked to any professionals about this? you really need to as otherwise it will get worse and you risk becoming really ill. Best of luck.

Try sleeping upside down balancing a pint of water on your wee finger, then sip by sip emptying the pint of water. If that doesn't work I suggest you go out into the street and throw yourself in front of a speeding vehicle!! That should work...

depends what caused it, concussion, food, stress, a knock on the head . is it a headache or something else. if its severe go to casualty. or call nhs direct free 0845 46 47 nhs abroad 02072104850 providing you re in/from UK. do you have other symptoms eg sleepy, nauseous, itchy, dizzy?

Could this be sinusitus-I had it I thought I was dying-It causes face pain and severe depression-Is it worse when you bend down ??

i would say tension or a pulled muscle at the top of the spine going into the neck.
