1) Get a group of friends going. Everyone needs to lose weight. They will hold you accountable for your exercise, and together you can look at new and healthier recipes.
2) Learn how to love yourself at any weight; more importantly learn how to love yourself naked. While it may sound odd and pretty perverted, if you can love yourself naked you can love yourself at any weigth. Be proud of you body!
3) Don't depend on pills; depend on yourself. Learn to eat in moderation. Don't think you can do it? If you have a midnight craving, try drinking a glass of water. Many times when you think you're hungry, your body is actually thirsty.
3) Exercise--even 30 minutes a day will make a huge difference. Start small, and don't push yourself too hard. You can't run until you can walk. Keep at it, and remember: don't give up. You will NOT see instant results.
4) Set small goals and move on up. Don't start with a weight loss goal of 50 pounds in 3 months. Try 10 pounds in 1 month. That's healthy, and there's not as much pressure. Also, put up a new dress or bikini in the size you want to wear. That's your motivation. Everytime you wake up, you'll see that dress.
5) If you need extra help, try Weight Watchers. In a study it was noted that WW had a higher success rate of losing weight and keeping it off. They now have a monthly pass that allows you to buy per month. You don't have to buy their foods to be successful.
6) Remember: weight loss if a lifetime journey and change. You aren't going to change and lose weight over night. Allow yourself to make mistakes, but don't be discouraged. Eventually you'll learn that a bit of chocolate cake is just as satisfying as a huge slice.
7) Alternate your exercises--don't just stick with one. Try a gym and take classes. Spice it up. Try a swim class. Try pilates. Do things you wouldn't normally do. I do a belly dance class and I've already lose 15 inches. Crazy how that works!
8) Be healthy--losing 25 pounds in 30 days is NOT healthy. Aim for 2-5 pounds per WEEK, not per day. Remember: this isn't going to be a quick fix. You have to get your mindset off of that. Also, learn that your body may not be right for weight 110 pounds. If you weight 130, you'll be even more healthy. There is a point in every woman's body where the point of "too thin" is reached.

You have to be extrememely disciplined...but the South Beach Diet works wonders. My friend lost 80 pounds off it, and is maintaining just fine. It was actually made by a doctor for his heart patients, so it's not gonna make you sick either.

Intensive running in the mornings will make you lose your appetite. You won't have to eat as much. Don't eat saturated fats. Don't starve yourself either. I lost 45 lbs.

right now im on that diet pill called NV and im running everynight and on top of all that im on weight whatchers.....
try to run or exercise OR do weightwhatchers.....i wouldnt do the pill because im not sure if it works...this is only my 3rd day....
